Julia teaches regular Yoga classes and Yoga workshops across Cornwall under the banner of Oceanlight Yoga. She also offers tailored Surf Yoga sessions/surf girl yoga days and private tuition. She blends experience of Scaravelli-style Yoga with foundations in classical Iyengar and a sensitive approach that encourages individual discovery. She believes Yoga has something for everyone and it's just a matter of finding it!
As a member and fully accredited teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, the UK’s governing body recognised by Sport England, Julia shares in a strong network for ongoing development. She has supported and helped organise various Yoga events including a South West Yoga Festival at the iconic Eden Project.
Julia’s diverse background includes marketing, business development, event production, training, mediation, welfare and learning support. She has been involved with Yoga since her teens, is a qualified counsellor and reiki healer, bringing heart, humour and soul to all she does.
